The curse of the fair...

Ok, only Pittsburgher's are gonna get this, but, has anyone noticed we seem to have a little weather curse concerning various fairs here??? I know for certain we have bad weather EVERY year when the arts festival rolls into town, and I've been noticing a pattern with the southside street fair too. What's up with this, eh?!?

There's absolutely no use in me posting this, I'm just a bit peeved that I only got to go the the 'festival of drunks' (as we affectionately call the southside street fair. If you've ever been to southside, you'll understand that.) one night, and even THAT was oversaturated, as it were. *G* But I DID get to hold a python (and got a picture too!) so it wasn't a total loss.

That and I got to see some people I haven't seen in some time, which was a good thing. *Waves to Danielle, Lorie, and Dennis* Hey guys! Sign the Guestbook!!!

Oh dear, I've gotten terribly off topic, haven't I. Wait, there was a topic here? I thought this was just a random rant.... Yep, that sounds about right.

So, what have we learned? Pittsburgh weather is notoriously bad when one wants to go out. That's about it really. Well, unless you're not from pittsburgh, in which case you learned our nickname for the SS street fair too, but what do either one of these get you in the long run? Another two or three minutes of you life that I have meaninglessly wasted! HA ha!
